Yamel Morel
As a Dominican Republic native, Yamel grew up in the Sosua-Cabarete area. She attended the International School of Sosua to then move on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business marketing at the Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo.
After 10 years in the capital, Santo Domingo, she found her way back to Sosua-Cabarete to pursue a career in property, vacation home and condominium management.
Promoting her beautiful home country has always been of utmost important to her. Yamel has participated in many tourist fairs around the island and has worked directly with the Ministry of Tourism. Her deep understanding of the needs and expectations of visitors to the Dominican Republic enables her to pass on important and valuable information to her clients.
Oliver von Bretten
Oliver von Bretten has been a real estate broker for 20 years and has extensive experience in property management. Oliver provides full-service real estate assistance to local and international clients of prime luxury properties. He has managed a variety of properties including Ritz-Carlton Residences, Living Shangri-La and Thompson Hotel Suites to name a few.
Oliver has been able to provide exceptional value to each of his clients based upon the energetic commitment to service and his extensive market knowledge.
For many years he has divided his time between Toronto, Miami, Punta Cana and Sosua-Cabarete. Oliver’s passions include boating, watersports, fine dining and enjoying life by the ocean ! His son enjoys studying at the International School of Sosua.
